Designed by landscape architects Optimised Environments, the fire rated roof terrace created an amazing outdoor space for students to relax.
The Raaft terrace system, with fire rated external porcelain paving tiles and bespoke steel planters, came together beautifully on the Raaft support structure system. The brief included a safe, class A fire rated terrace system that also had slip resistant external flooring, meant that Raaft was the chosen roof terrace system due to its wide range of create colour schemes available.
