Landmark Pinnacle is the tallest residential tower in Europe.

At 75 Floors, Landmark pinnacle can boast the highest homes in western Europe. All 985 apartments within the structure can see East and west along the river, meaning this height gives the home-owners the most uninterrupted views. The property owned by developer Chalegrove properties does come with some perks - just some of the many amenities include private cinema, social lounges, gym and not to mention 4 garden areas - on levels 27 and 75.

The Metro 

Landmark Pinnacle, a residential building comprising of multiple garden spaces throughout. Total size of the top floor roof garden equates to 6566 ft² or 610m². 

Raaft collaborated with landscape architects Farrer Huxley and installers Valley Provincial who came together and enabled the successful completion of such a prestigous project. The Raaft system was used as a substructure under the full terrace area on level 75 and level 27. Floor structure panels worked as part of the Raaft system as a base for all the planters. Other products that were installed, comprised of our decking and our Planterline planters finished in RAL 7016 anthracite grey. 

Typical constraints had to be overcome on this project involving tight deadlines to meet which came with it, close collaboration with the contractor. Raaft had meticulously planned the project ahead of design and manufacture by working closely with Farrer Huxley, ensuring it was not only achievable, but achievable to the highest standard.
